Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide information as needed
- Handle front desk duties including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Experience
- Proven experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks is preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems
- Mechanical and Construction experience is not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
