Administrative Assistant, Maternity Leave Contract

Job Description


Randstad Staffing, is actively recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a client of ours in Goff\'s. This role is expected to begin March 1st or before and fill a maternity leave until November. Tasks include documentations related to sales (logistics documents, sales, packing info etc) and other tasks in office.Monday to Friday, regular business hoursThey are on a bus route but it is limited in hours it runs. Reliable transportation is preferredAdvantages

- Deal with administrative work for cross country trade
- Review deliveries against orders
- Review inventories and order as required
- Manage company website, brochures
- Other Duties as Needed.Qualifications
-Logistics experience (1 year) is an asset
-Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment with multiple priorities
- Knowledge of international trade; considered an asset
- Proficiency with computers (working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
