My DT client in the professional services industry is looking for an experienced Administrative professional to join their boutique firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to one of the Principals and the rest of the operational team. Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for the Principal's prospective and existing clients via phone calls, emails and mails
  • Drafting emails and legal documentations
  • Calendar and meeting management
  • Opening and closing legal files
  • Gathering and preparing information for the Principal and the client
  • Taking payments and sending out invoices
  • Handling confidential information with the utmost integrity
Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 -5 years of Administrative Assistant experience in a similar environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to details
