What you get to do every day
- Receive and process incoming orders from clients
- Manage a high volume of requests via a number of email inboxes
- Follow outlined processes for invoice processing
- Trach and update order status
-Reply to client inquiries and provide information as needed
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills including MS office including Excel
- QuickBooks experience desired
- Deep understanding of order entry
- Microsoft Excel experience required
- Foundational knowledge in order management
