As an Administrative Assistant, Business Support Operations your responsibilities will include:



Providing administrative support to the team, including managing team inboxes Responding to inquiries from colleagues and clients in a timely manner with a high degree of professionalism Supporting data maintenance and integrity by accurately inputting and updating information in various systems Performing data validations to identify and rectify discrepancies Assisting with extracting, compiling and summarizing data in a meaningful way Collaborating with and assisting other Business Support teams as required Participating in projects by handling various administrative tasks

Completed post-secondary education (university degree and/or college diploma) 1+ years in an administrative role is considered an asset Intermediate level computer skills - Excel, Word and Outlook Experience with databases (MS D365) is considered an asset Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels within the organization Organized, eye for detail, quick study, curious, proud of work quality and high level of accuracy Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively Adaptable to changing priorities Willingness to roll up your sleeves whenever the need arises
