Administrative Assistant

Job Description


Our customer is looking for someone to help them with administrative work. At this time, they are looking for someone who can work from 8-4:30 Monday to Friday, but the schedule could be flexible. Duties could include, but not limited to:

  • Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Answering emails, phone calls and taking messages
  • Assisting with data entry and invoicing
  • Filing and keeping the office organized
  • Answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments, and responding to client inquiries
Required Skills: - Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with an unwavering attention to detail
- Ability to establish priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with focus Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20.00 per hour Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Morning shift
  • No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Brantford, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
  • Secondary School (required)
Experience:
  • Office: 2 years (required)
Work Location: In person
