Trenex Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our team. This dual role requires a candidate with excellent communication and data entry skills who can manage both daily administrative tasks and core bookkeeping functions.
Position:
Part-time (3 days per week) Flexible schedule with possibility of more hours. Wage will be based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails and provide general administrative support.
Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
Maintain accurate financial records and month-end reconciliations.
Payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable.
Schedule appointments and organize company documents.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with tax preparation and filing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative and bookkeeping roles.
Proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks Online and Payworks.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
