We are looking for an Administration and Member support person. An ideal candidate will have some bookkeeping experience. Quick Books knowledge would be helpful but not a requirement. The position also requires an individual who is comfortable communicating with the members via phone and email.
The role includes the following tasks:
1. Accounts Receivables - maintain the records, input data into the accounting system and prepare information for the LBMAO Accountant.
2. Accounts Payables - maintain payable records, ensuring invoices are paid on time - maximizing early payment discounts, as well as preparing information for the LBMAO Accountant.
3. Membership support - process dues and send memberships, listing corrections, and training notifications, Works with the education/events coordinator to ensure training and events are properly invoiced.
4. Maintain the LBMAO database. Input additions, deletions, and changes. Ensuring that all data is accurate in systems and properly backed up.
5. Communicates with members about training, education, social events, and meetings. This is done over telephone and via email.
6. Orders office and training equipment and supplies.
7. Record keeping and notes. All board meetings and the general meetings need to have the minutes recorded from them and distributed to board members.

9. The role is part time with the expectation of three days per week. It is days only and the days and the time could be flexible. An ideal candidate would be required for 24 hours per week.
Other tasks may be required occasionally as the association business requires.

Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour
