Job Roles:
This position consists of two job roles, an office admin person and a marketing person. As the office admin person you will be interacting with our clients by phone and email, scheduling work for our technical team, and doing general admin duties. As the marketing person you will be working with our marketing system and building new client relationships. We are looking for a candidate who will feel very comfortable in both roles.
Job Duties will include:
Answering phone calls and email from clients
Schedule service times
Monitor service team hours
Update forms
General accounting entries
Mailing packages and marketing pieces
Work with marketing software and CRM
Coordinating marketing campaigns
Prepare marketing and sales materials
Set up appointments with clients following set guidelines
Whatever else is needed
Qualifications
Must have good customer service skills
Must be proficient with computers and learning new software.
Must be good with details
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written skills
Work Location:
This position is in downtown Toronto. We have a hybrid work environment with most staff working at the office 3 days per week and from home 2 days a week. Hybrid work will be available after a 3 month probation period.
