Responsabilites :



Offrir un soutien administratif de qualite aux membres de l'equipe et aux avocats dans leurs taches quotidiennes Organiser et structurer le travail selon les echeanciers etablis Gerer les courriels, les calendriers et les rendez-vous, et aider a l'organisation des reunions et rencontres internes Preparer et mettre en page des documents, rapports et correspondances Reviser et corriger divers documents destines a un usage interne ou externe Ouvrir et organiser de nouveaux dossiers, suivre les taches en cours et compiler l'information pertinente Rediger et organiser des documents et communications internes Participer aux processus de facturation et assurer les suivis sur les comptes a recevoir Repondre aux demandes internes ou externes et en assurer le suivi Communiquer avec les clients ou collaborateurs au besoin pour fournir des informations ou des precisions Maintenir et organiser la documentation liee aux feuilles de temps et aux entrees de taches

Profil recherche :



Minimum de 5 ans d'experience comme adjoint(e) administratif(ve) en entreprise ou en cabinet juridique Excellent bilinguisme (francais/anglais), a l'oral comme a l'ecrit Grand souci du detail et excellente communication Proactivite, autonomie et capacite a suivre les directives

Responsibilities:



Provide high-quality administrative support to team members and lawyers in their daily tasks. Coordinate and structure work according to established deadlines. Manage emails, calendars, and appointments, and help organize meetings and internal engagements. Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence. Proofread and edit various internal and client-facing materials. Open and organize new files, track ongoing tasks, and compile relevant information. Qualifications:



Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role in a corporation or legal firm. High level of bilingualism (French/English), both oral and written Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively Proactive and capable of working autonomously while following directives
