Administrative and customer service support

Primary Duties & responsibilities
Overall day to day coordination and support with the responsibilities in specific areas listed below:Ensure communication with customer for RMAs Enter RMA information in SAP system Prepare quote for unit repaired Prepare shipping documents to return the units to the customer Request HTS code for new and existing product In accordance with procedures, perform Global Trade Compliance verifications for all shipments (ITAR- GTC) Purchase office supplies Create purchase requisition for Engineering group Track shipments from Laval to the customer Communicate with customers for shipping instruction Other duties as required

RequirementsCollege diploma in Administration/Supply Chain/accountability or related discipline Experience with SAP Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task Experience in a small business environment is an asset Bilingual- strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English language Working knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsabilites :
Coordination et soutien au jour le jour avec des responsabilites dans les domaines specifiques enumeres ci-dessous :Assurer la communication avec les clients pour les RMA Effectuer l'entree de donnees pour les RMA dans SAP Preparer les soumissions pour les unites repares. Communiquer les instructions d'expedition aux clients et preparer les documents d'expedition Faire les demandes de code tarifaire HTS pour les nouveaux produits et ceux existant Effectuer la verification des expeditions en conformite avec nos procedures (Itar-GTC) Effectuer l'achat de la papeterie Preparer les requisitions d'achat pour l'ingenierie Effectuer le suivi des envois a nos clients Toutes autres taches demandees

ExigencesDiplome d'Etudes Collegiales en administration/chaine d'approvisionnement ou discipline relie au poste Connaissance de SAP est un atout Etre multi-taches et desir de s'impliquer dans l'entreprise Experience en petite entreprise est un atout Etre bilingue francais et anglais, ecrit et oral Connaissance pratique de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
