We are seeking a highly organised and service-oriented
Customer Service and Office Clerk - Bilingual (French/English)
to join our team. This role supports both our customers and internal operations by handling day-to-day administrative and customer service functions with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, and have experience in a healthcare or customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service (French & English)
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Provide support regarding orders, product information, delivery timelines, and returns
Communicate with clients in both English and French to ensure high-quality service
Administrative & Office Support
Accurately enter and process customer orders and service requests
Prepare basic documents including quotes, shipping documents, and reports
Perform filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks as needed
General Office Duties
Greet visitors and support general front-desk functions
Maintain a clean and professional office environment
Support internal projects and administrative initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
Fluent in
French and English
, both verbal and written (required)
2+ years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry systems
Experience in the healthcare or medical supply field is an asset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
