Job Description

We are looking for a administrative agent to join our dynamic team.

the Administrative Agent is responsible for the administrative and general functions of the Social Services Department, the Transportation and Accommodations Department and the Reception. She assists the Chief of Service in the management and coordination of the volunteer program and the family committee. The Administrative Agent assists the Department Head, the Social Workers and the Psychologist in planning their meetings, committees and other clinical/clerical activities. The administrative agent schedules the clinical appointments for the psychologists. He/She is responsible for the implementation of internal processes for the smooth functioning of the social workers.

In addition, as required, she will work closely with the Transportation and Lodging Coordinator in managing driver schedules, transportation and lodging reservations, keeping statistics, liaising with transportation and lodging companies, and interacting with the Shriners.

Desired profile:

  • DEP in secretariat
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken; English and French)
  • Excellent command of office automation tools
  • Good judgment to correctly establish work priorities and follow up
  • Excellent organization with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Excellent customer service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Autonomy and initiative
We offer:
Permanent full-time position (35 h/week)
Salary : $ 22.54 to $26 according to experience.
