We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Assistant with strong Excel skills to support daily office operations, accounting tasks, and production tracking. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work confidently with numbers, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and financial records with high accuracy.
Prepare, reconcile, and analyze financial reports using Excel.
Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Support payroll administration and employee expense tracking.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Coordinate office administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Manage purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment records.
Order food products and raw materials, ensuring timely supply for production needs.
Track production inputs and outputs to monitor inventory usage, waste, and yields.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and operational queries.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data validation, and charts).
Basic accounting knowledge (accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation).
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, or similar) is a plus.
Minimum [2 years] experience in an administrative, accounting, or production support role.
[Diploma/Degree] in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with production tracking or inventory management systems.
Knowledge of supply chain processes or procurement practices.
Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power Query, basic Power BI) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $23.50-$32.00 per hour
