Description of Role
The administrative assistant provides support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
Build connections with other agencies to align partnerships
Develop systems to enhance efficiency at Green Haven
Organize documents and procedures of Green Haven's clients
Provide strategic approach to developing curriculum activities for individuals
Research Grant Subsidy programs that align with Green Haven and apply
Receipt tracking and client reconciliations
Compliance responsibilities
- Client documentations are current
- Staff certifications are current
- Client and staff files include all necessary documentations
- Filing of business documentations as required
- Meeting minutes
Communicate with staff
Weekly groceries
Assist with QAM meetings and communicate with case workers
Client and staff onboarding
- Facilitate new client in-takes
Invoices
Complete additional tasks as requested by management
