Project Center Administrators are associates helping our professional salespeople working on the project center. They partner with salespeople to fully support customer needs and assist with the administration of various sales processes.
There are several administrative roles needed to support the sales and operations teams. We have an immediate need for a Project Center administrative assistant at our Kent location -225 Chain Lake Drive, Halifax, Nova Scotia

What you will do:
Follow up on customer orders and sales inquiries
Respond to general inquiries regarding deliveries, products and services available
Expedite administrative tasks in relation to sales processes
Help create improved workflow/efficiency using Kent\xe2\x80\x99s various online applications
Coordinate processing customer orders with other stores, departments and vendors
Handle incoming calls to project center
Assist with updating team calendars
Help keep the desk organized and clean
What you will bring:

Desire to serve customers and team with professional and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Sense of urgency and ability to work in busy environment
Ability to coordinate multiple projects at one time
