Client Management:

Oversee client inventories, reports, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity for submissions to the City of Calgary or relevant municipalities.

Technician Support:

Upload and download information for daily technician reports to facilitate smooth operations.

Scheduling & Team Management:

Optimize workflow by overseeing job scheduling and team assignments.

Relationship Building:

Foster strong client and colleague relationships through effective communication.

Administrative Excellence:

Maintain high accuracy standards in all administrative tasks, contributing to the success of our safety initiatives.
