We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Team Member to join our Team Sales Department. The Team Sales Department at Al Anderson's Source for Sports is a one-stop-shop for world-class jerseys, uniforms and branded gear. Whether it's a new set of logoed jerseys, branded equipment for a hockey team, or something to commemorate a summer golf tournament, Source for Sports handles all a customer's outfitting needs. You'd be helping with custom jerseys, kits and uniforms, decorations and embellishments, and other promotional items.

Our Team Sales Department has been a cornerstone of our success, specializing in custom team uniforms, apparel, equipment, and promotional products.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional service to new and existing Team Sales customers.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and follow up on incoming sales leads. No external sales activities are required.
• Deliver accurate product information, quotes, and solutions to customers.
• Set up and manage off-site displays and booths.
• Collaborate with the Team Sales Department to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Continuously build knowledge on new products and services

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills , both on the phone and via email.
• Excellent computer skills , with experience in typing (40 WPM), Excel, and other essential tools.
• A self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and quick-learning individual who thrives in a team environment.
• Great organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic sports knowledge is a plus, and a passion for customer service is a must!
