Sous la supervision du controleur et du controleur adjoint, l'administrateur(trice) de la comptabilite de projet est responsable du traitement precis, rapide et conforme de toutes les taches comptables administratives liees a un projet, y compris les transactions avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants. Il/Elle veille au respect des echeances de paiement et a la tenue a jour de la documentation dans le systeme Maestro.

Principales responsabilites



Bonne connaissance des principes comptables. Responsabilite comptable liee au projet. Verification de la conformite des comptes fournisseurs. Controle de l'exactitude des donnees et obtention des approbations necessaires des charge(e)s de projet. Preparation et traitement des paiements fournisseurs conformement aux procedures internes et aux echeanciers de paiement. Collaboration avec les fournisseurs pour resoudre les ecarts ou les problemes de paiement. Verification et traitement des factures conformement aux politiques de l'entreprise. Tenue de registres complets, precis et bien organises pour toutes les transactions des comptes fournisseurs. Saisie des factures, classement des documents et enregistrement des ecritures comptables dans Maestro.

Emettre et envoyer les cheques aux fournisseurs et sous-traitants.

Preparer et emettre les quittances clients (recus). Assurer le suivi des avis reglementaires et obtenir les quittances requises.

Competences et qualifications



Minimum de 2 ans d'experience dans un poste similaire. Une experience dans le secteur de la construction est indispensable. Excellente maitrise du francais et bonne connaissance de l'anglais (oral et ecrit). Maitrise du logiciel Maestro ou d'un systeme ERP comparable (atout majeur). Excellente maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et precision. Capacite a travailler de facon autonome et a collaborer efficacement au sein d'une equipe

Job Title: Project Accounting Administrator



Position Summary



Under the supervision of the Controller and Assistant Controller, the Project Accounting Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of all administrative accounting tasks related to a project, which includes supplier and subcontractor transactions. The incumbent ensures that payments are made within deadlines while maintaining complete and up-to-date documentation in the

Maestro

system.

Main Responsibilities



Good knowledge of accounting principles. Project based accounting responsibility. Review and verify the compliance of accounts payable. Check the accuracy of data and obtain the necessary approvals from project managers. Prepare and process supplier payments in accordance with internal procedures and payment schedules. Work collaboratively with suppliers to resolve payment discrepancies or issues. Review and process invoices in line with company policies. Maintain complete, accurate, and well-organized records for all accounts payable transactions. Enter invoices, file documents, and record accounting entries in

Maestro

. Issue and send cheques to suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and issue client releases (receipts). Monitor statutory notices and obtain the required releases.

Skills and Qualifications



Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the construction industry is necessary. Excellent command of French and good working knowledge of English (spoken and written). Proficiency with

Maestro

software or a comparable ERP system (strong asset). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
