En tant que responsable de l'administration de systeme Cognos Analytics, vous serez responsable de l'administration, de la configuration et de la maintenance de l'environnement IBM Cognos Analytics. Vous jouerez un role cle dans le soutien aux equipes d'intelligence d'affaires et de developpement, en assurant la performance, la securite et la disponibilite des plateformes de generation de rapports et d'analyse. Vous contribuerez egalement a des initiatives liees a d'autres technologies telles que Power BI et Snowflake, en collaboration avec les experts de l'equipe.
ResponsabilitesAdministrer et maintenir l'environnement Cognos Analytics (installation, configuration, mise a jour); Surveiller la performance du systeme et effectuer des ajustements pour optimiser l'efficacite; Documenter les procedures, configurations, bases de connaissance; Participer a la resolution des incidents et des problemes; Participer au processus de gestion des changements (ITIL) en entreprise; Collaborer avec les equipes BI pour comprendre les besoins en matiere de rapports et de visualisation; Gerer les utilisateurs, les roles, les permissions et la securite des acces; Participer a la mise en place d'orientation basee sur les meilleures pratiques de developpement; En collaboration avec les experts technologiques, appuyer l'administration et l'analyse des autres plateformes de donnees (Power BI, Snowflake, etc.)
QualificationsDiplome universitaire en informatique, technologies de l'information ou domaine connexe; Minimum de 3 a 5 ans d'experience en administration Cognos Analyticsl;Maitrise des outils Cognos (Report Studio, Framework Manager, etc.) - un atout; Connaissance des outils d'administration de Motio (Motio PI, Motio CI, Reportcard); Competence du langage Powershell, JAVA SDK - un atout; Bonne connaissance de l'environnement Microsoft Azure pour la gestion de la securite de la plateforme; Experience avec les systemes Windows Server 2016 ou superieur; Certification IBM Cognos Analytics Administrator; Experience avec d'autres outils BI (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik); Connaissance des environnements virtualises et des outils de surveillance.
