The Administrative Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in multitasking and possesses strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, customer service, and clerical duties, contributing to an efficient and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
Duties
Respond to client queries via WhatsApp.
Handle incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
Act as backup support for the admin team during high-volume periods or absences.
Assist with student admissions, including document collection and coordination with institutions.
Help clients with WES, ICAS, and other credential evaluation applications.
Provide support for basic TRV application preparation under guidance.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and track key internal and client deadlines.
Conduct immigration-related and administrative research as needed.
Assist in planning internal events, team-building activities, and occasional client-facing events.
Maintain organized records of client communication and documentation.
Stay updated on Canadian immigration procedures and demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn.
Deliver excellent customer service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Show initiative and take ownership of tasks with a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications

Passionate about immigration and helping people achieve their goals.
Proven experience in an administrative role or as an office clerk is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures is a plus.
