The ideal candidate will possess strong proofreading, writing, and research skills, along with proficiency in drafting and data entry. Duties
Provide administrative support including filing, data entry for immigration forms, and clerical tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Draft documents with precision and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
Proofread client documents for accuracy and clarity before submission or distribution.
Maintain organized files and records, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, coordinating schedules, and managing resources effectively.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, or team members.
Qualifications
Proven administrative experience in a immigration firm setting is required.
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) license is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Experience in drafting or clerical work is preferred.
Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings effectively.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and editing tasks.
