Job Summary


seeking a detail-oriented individual for admin work including basic bookkeeping/excel work,answering calls, looking up queries, and writing cheques

Duties



enter bank statement info into caseware, and credit cards into excel. decent typing speed and accuracy required Process payroll accurately and on time twice per month for 10-15 clients answer calls and client enquiries, as well as wrigin cheques. have a few videos to assist you.

Qualifications



typing speed of 50 WPM plus friendly and able to multi task and work independently can write out cheques and use excel, word Some familiarity with bookkeeping work and knowledge of debits and credits.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
