Job Summary


seeking a detail-oriented individual for admin work including answering calls, looking up queries, writing cheques, and basic bookkeeping/excel work

Duties



enter bank statement info into caseware, and credit cards into excel. decent typing speed and accuracy required Process payroll accurately and on time twice per month for 10-15 clients answer calls and client enquiries, as well as wrigin cheques. have a few videos to assist you.

Qualifications



typing speed of 50 WPM plus friendly and able to multi task and work independently can write out cheques and use excel, word
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.14-$32.99 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
