Khas is a growing 22k gold jewelry brand that blends South Asian heritage with modern, everyday design. We release two collections a year and host private pop-ups and trunk shows, creating intimate experiences where clients can discover and try on heirloom-quality jewelry.

About the Role

We're looking for a versatile generalist to join the team part-time. This is a great opportunity for a creative student or early-career professional who wants to build their portfolio while gaining hands-on experience across social media, events, and brand operations for a small, growing business.

Responsibilities

Assist with bookkeeping: track expenses, reconcile Shopify/PayPal/Stripe, update inventory spreadsheets. Social media support: draft and schedule posts, assist with engagement, coordinate photoshoot assets. Product photography: help photograph jewelry for social and marketing (editorial eye a plus). Event support: help plan and coordinate pop-ups and private trunk shows (Gathered in Gold*).
Admin & errands: vendor coordination, scheduling, and general brand support as needed.

Skills & Qualities

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Strong communication skills. Creative eye for design, detail, and editorial taste. Go getter & comfortable wearing many hats in a small-business environment. Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, Canva, QuickBooks, or event coordination.

Compensation: $18-$23/hour Hours: ~10-16 hours per week (flexible) Location: Hybrid -- mostly remote, but must be based in the Greater Seattle Area for occasional in-person events and support.
This is a hybrid, flexible role with mostly remote work and some onsite support for events/photoshoots. It's an excellent opportunity to gain experience in brand building, creative direction, and operations while contributing to a growing jewelry company.
