Influences, supports, and trains dealer channels. Represents the dealer channel in SaskTel implementations of new products, services, and processes. Monitors dealer adherence to legal contracts. Monitors dealer\xe2\x80\x99s representation of SaskTel to consumers.
TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Not all inclusive or applicable to all assignments) 1. Provides a high level of accessibility to the dealer channel to ensure it accurately represents SaskTel in the market. Facilitates network and product training, identifies market applications, develops sales aids, monitors forecasts and quotas, and provides ongoing support on all portfolios represented by the dealer channel. 2. Maintains the relationship between SaskTel and dealers 3. Monitors and enforces dealer channel contracts. 4. Responds to and resolves customer concerns resulting from dealer actions. Supports dealers in customer sales activities and proposals. 5. Develops, implements, disperses, interprets and monitors material/information of new programs and policies pertaining to SaskTel systems, policies, products, services, and new/existing dealer programs. 6. Provides ongoing assessment of dealer performance. 7. Prepares and maintains dealer profile information. QUALIFICATIONS
1. Certificate in Business Administration with a thorough knowledge of Sales techniques, typically gained with 4 years experience in a Sales or Marketing role OR 2 post secondary classes in Business Administration with a thorough knowledge of Sales techniques, typically gained with 5 years experience in a Sales or Marketing role. 2. Thorough knowledge of one of the following: a) Wireless products and services. b) Internet and Max products and services. 3. General knowledge of IP based services. 4. Working knowledge of business principles. 5. Working knowledge of personal computers and various software applications. 6. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to deal effectively with others. 7. Ability to train and instruct others. 8. Ability to make presentations. 9. Ability to plan and organize in a self directed environment. 10. Valid Drivers Licence.
