Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales documents, maintaining customer databases, and organizing sales reports.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and test drives for clients.
\xc2\xb7 Support the sales team in managing customer relationships, ensuring outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the F&I department to assist in coordinating loan paperwork, contract processing, and vehicle registrations.
\xc2\xb7 Additional duties as assigned.
