Sotheby's International Realty Quebec est a la recherche d'une personne dynamique et professionnelle pour combler un poste cle au sein de son equipe. Le ou la titulaire sera responsable, entre autres, de soutenir les activites liees aux inscriptions et aux ventes, tout en assurant l'accueil et la reception du bureau.

Responsabilites principales :

- Soutenir les courtiers dans la preparation et la gestion des dossiers d'inscription et de transaction.

- Effectuer la saisie de donnees et le suivi administratif.

- Gerer les appels telephoniques, les courriels generaux et de l'accueil des visiteurs.

- Maintenir un environnement de reception professionnel, organise et accueillant.

- Collaborer etroitement avec l'equipe administrative et marketing.

- Gestion du programme 121 QA

- Offrir un soutien ponctuel aux projets speciaux ou aux besoins du bureau

Competences et experience requises :

- Excellentes competences organisationnelles et souci du detail.

- Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches et a travailler dans un environnement dynamique.

- Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais (ecrit et oral).

- Bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques (Suite Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

- Experience dans le domaine immobilier ou en administration, un atout.

Sotheby's International Realty Quebec is seeking a dynamic and professional individual to join our team in a key support role. This person will assist brokers with listing and sales activities, while also overseeing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support for listing and transaction files.

- Input data and manage document follow-ups.

- Handle incoming calls, general emails, and welcome clients and visitors.

- Maintain an impeccable and professional reception area.

- Collaborate closely with the admin and marketing teams.

- Manage the 121QA program.

- Provide ad hoc support for special projects or office needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent in French and English, spoken and written.

- Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

- Experience in real estate or administrative support an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
