Nous recherchons une adjointe administrative pour joindre notre equipe, soutenir notre croissance et offrir un service exceptionnel a notre clientele.
Responsabilites
Repondre rapidement et de facon professionnelle aux appels et demandes des clients.
Offrir un soutien administratif a l'equipe, et participer aux taches en service a la clientele, ventes ou marketing.
Gerer les aspects logistiques du bureau et les fournitures.
Effectuer d'autres taches administratives connexes.
Profil recherche
Parfaitement bilingue (francais et anglais parle et ecrit).
Minimum de 3 ans d'experience comme adjointe administrative ou adjointe en marketing/vente.
Maitrise avancee de la suite MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A l'aise avec les outils et plateformes de medias sociaux et de marketing numerique.
Sens marque du service a la clientele et excellentes habiletes de communication et de redaction dans les deux langues.
Experience avec QuickBooks, un atout.
Connaissance du secteur pharmaceutique ou du remplacement en pharmacie, un atout important.

We are seeking an
Administrative Assistant
to join our team and support our growing team and deliver outstanding service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and client inquiries.
Provide administrative support for the team, and assist in customer service, sales or marketing tasks.
Manage office related logistics and supplies.
Other administrative related tasks
Ideal Candidate
Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative or marketing/sales assistant
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable using social media and digital marketing tools/platforms
Exceptional communication and writing skills in both languages
Strong customer service orientation
Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
Knowledge of pharmacy operations or pharmacy staffing is a significant advantage
