Vous aurez un role cle dans le soutien aux operations. Ce poste polyvalent combine des responsabilites de soutien direct aux activites de souscription ainsi que des fonctions administratives liees a la gestion quotidienne de notre bureau de St-Lambert.
Principales responsabilites
Maintenir un environnement de travail fonctionnel, propre et accueillant.
Coordonner les activites administratives courantes : gestion du courrier, approvisionnement en fournitures et organisation logistique des reunions et evenements internes.
Accueillir et orienter les visiteurs ainsi que les nouveaux employes, en favorisant une experience professionnelle et conviviale.
Gerer le suivi des contrats de services externes (entretien menager, reparations mineures, etc.) afin d'assurer la continuite des operations.
Gerer de facon autonome les renouvellements, modifications et emissions de polices, ainsi que leur transmission aux assures.
Collecter, valider et assurer la qualite des donnees necessaires a l'evaluation des risques, en clarifiant les dossiers incomplets aupres des courtiers.
Repondre aux demandes de complexite courante des courtiers et rediriger les cas plus complexes.
Effectuer des suivis financiers, incluant la gestion des primes impayees, la production des bordereaux mensuels et la comptabilisation des depots dans les systemes internes (GP, CRM).
Contribuer aux initiatives d'amelioration continue et participer aux tests de systemes afin d'optimiser les processus de souscription.
Profil recherche
Diplome collegial en administration, assurance, finance ou domaine connexe.
Experience pertinente en administration de bureau et en soutien a la souscription (2 a 3 ans souhaitee).
Maitrise des outils bureautiques (suite Microsoft Office, courriel, CRM).
Connaissance des processus de souscription et gestion de polices d'assurance
Capacite a produire des rapports et a effectuer des suivis precis.
Bilinguisme francais et anglais afin de communiquer avec la clientele francophone et anglophone.
Sens de l'organisation et aptitude a gerer plusieurs priorites simultanement.
Rigueur, minutie et souci de la qualite dans le travail.
Excellentes capacites de communication ecrite et orale.
Aptitude a travailler en equipe et a interagir avec divers intervenants (courtiers, collegues, direction).
Proactivite et autonomie dans l'execution des taches.
Fiabilite et discretion dans le traitement des informations confidentielles.

If you want to play a key role in transforming the legal sector within a growing company, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
You will play a key role in supporting operations. This versatile position combines direct support responsibilities for underwriting activities as well as administrative tasks related to the daily management of our St-Lambert office.
Main responsibilities
Maintain a functional, clean, and welcoming work environment.
Coordinate daily administrative activities: mail management, supply procurement, and logistical organization of meetings and internal events.
Welcome and guide visitors and new employees, fostering a professional and friendly experience.
Manage follow-up on external service contracts (cleaning, minor repairs, etc.) to ensure operational continuity.
Independently handle renewals, modifications, and issuance of policies, as well as their transmission to insured clients.
Collect, validate, and ensure the quality of data necessary for risk assessment by clarifying incomplete files with brokers.
Respond to brokers' routine inquiries and redirect more complex cases.
Perform financial follow-ups, including managing unpaid premiums, producing monthly reports, and recording deposits in internal systems (GP, CRM).
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in system testing to optimize underwriting processes.
Profile
College diploma in administration, insurance, finance, or a related field.
Relevant experience in office administration and underwriting support (2 to 3 years preferred).
Proficiency with office tools (Microsoft Office suite, email, CRM).
Knowledge of underwriting processes and insurance policy management.
Ability to produce reports and perform precise follow-ups.
Bilingual in French and English to communicate with both Francophone and Anglophone clients.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Attention to detail, thoroughness, and commitment to quality work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and interact with various stakeholders (brokers, colleagues, management).
Proactive and autonomous in task execution.
