pour soutenir notre equipe de direction.
Description du poste
Le ou la titulaire du poste aura pour mandat d'assister l'equipe de direction dans une vaste gamme de taches administratives. La personne recherchee est proactive, organisee et capable de gerer plusieurs priorites dans un environnement dynamique au rythme soutenu.
Elle fera preuve de jugement, de discretion et d'un excellent sens de la communication pour traiter des dossiers confidentiels et interagir avec differents niveaux de gestion, tant a l'interne qu'a l'externe.
Responsabilites principales :
Assister la direction dans la gestion quotidienne des activites administratives.
Maintenir a jour divers rapports operationnels.
Organiser les reunions, preparer les ordres du jour et assurer le suivi des actions.
Gerer les rendez-vous, mandats speciaux, deplacements et logistique des activites internes.
Traiter les communications et informations confidentielles avec tact et professionnalisme.
Gerer proactivement les courriels et le calendrier du president, en respectant les echeanciers.
Preparer et suivre les rapports de depenses mensuels, effectuer les rapprochements de comptes.
Creer et maintenir un systeme efficace de classement et de gestion documentaire.
Utiliser divers outils technologiques pour optimiser le travail administratif.
Exigences du poste :
Diplome d'etudes collegiales (DEC) en administration ou equivalent.
Minimum
1 an d'experience
dans un role d'adjoint(e) administratif(ve), idealement aupres d'un cadre et dans le domaine du transport ou de la logistique.
Excellente maitrise de la
suite Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Capacite a s'adapter rapidement a de nouvelles technologies.
Excellentes habiletes de communication orale et ecrite en
francais et en anglais
.
Sens aigu de l'organisation, du detail et des priorites.
Autonomie, discretion et capacite a travailler avec peu de supervision.
Flexibilite et aptitude a rester calme sous pression.

dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant
to support our management team.
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the management team with a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
This person must demonstrate strong judgment, discretion, and excellent communication skills when handling confidential matters and interacting with managers and stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to the management team.
Maintain and update various operational reports.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Schedule appointments, coordinate special projects, and plan logistics for meetings and events.
Handle confidential communications and information with tact and professionalism.
Proactively manage emails and maintain the President's calendar, ensuring deadlines are met.
Prepare and reconcile monthly expense reports.
Create and maintain efficient filing and document management systems.
Utilize various software tools and technologies to optimize administrative processes.
Qualifications:
College diploma (DEC) in Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of
1 year of experience
as an Administrative Assistant, ideally supporting an executive and preferably in the transportation or logistics field.
Strong proficiency with the
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English and French
.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility, adaptability to change, and ability to remain composed under pressure.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
