The Impact You'll Make:
The Ad Operations Manager is pivotal in driving operational excellence across a large portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless campaign delivery, pacing accuracy and process consistency. A strategic problem-solver and effective communicator, the Ad Operations Manager influences beyond their immediate team - advancing organizational initiatives, managing process improvements and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. They are a trusted subject matter expert, coach and role model who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple workstreams while achieving both team and business outcomes.
What You'll Do:

  • Campaign Execution & Monitoring: Oversee precise execution, pacing and performance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, YouTube, Google, etc.) for 100+ clients.
  • Manage complex, high-value accounts directly while guiding the broader team to ensure delivery excellence and adherence to SLAs.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain campaign accuracy and integrity.
  • Serve as the team's go-to expert on ad tech platforms, troubleshooting complex issues and leading knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Drive platform execution consistency and best practices across the organization.
  • Process improvement initiatives, such as identifying potential systemic issues and inefficiencies, designing scalable solutions and streamlining workflows
  • Partner with leadership on team performance and development initiatives, providing input and feedback to help shape team success.
  • Represent Ad Operations in internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders and top-tier clients.
  • Prioritize workloads effectively, manage resourcing needs and reallocate support to meet deadlines.
  • Track team performance against key goals and ensure accountability to high standards of execution.
What You'll Bring:
  • 6+ years of experience in platform solutions, client success, digital media or a related field.
  • Expertise in campaign management, ad servers and digital advertising platforms (Google Shopping, Meta, Paid Search, CRM platforms, in-store retail media etc.).
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to influence product teams and advocate for client needs effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency with Project Management tools (JIRA, Teams, CODA, Slack, etc.) is an asset
