The Palisades, a leader in Seniors housing is seeking a part time Activities Worker. Our Activities Worker would provide meaningful and engaging programming for both our enriched living residents as well as those residing in our personal care home. The successful candidate will work closely with the Support Services Supervisor to plan and host all aspects of the calendar of events. Typical events include: Leading exercises ,wine and cheeses, hosting birthday parties, calling bingo. The candidate must be able to take direction , follow instructions, be outgoing, and be comfortable leading an event. Valid Criminal Record check for vulnerable sector due at time of hire. Forever in Motion Leadership training to be set up through employer. Position is 20 hours per week. Monday -Thursday.
