Job Description

Do you love paid customer invoices, perfectly balanced spreadsheets and clean ledgers? We're looking for a reliable and motivated Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable All-Star to join our growing team!

What you'll be doing:

Owning Accounts Receivable (and chasing down payments with style)

Tackling Accounts Payable like a pro

Getting your hands dirty with Month-End Accounting - journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting that makes our CFO smile

Having a strong relationship with Excel (it's complicated... we get it)

Provide general administrative support keeping our records accurate and up-to-date and our team running smoothly

Bonus points if you've worked with Quickbooks and speak Italian

Ideal candidate will grow with the company, celebrate at least five birthdays here, and eventually be that wise person everyone asks, "Hey, how do we do this again?"
