Accounts Receivables Specialist

Great temp to hire opportunity for Accounts Receivable Specialist to join growing manufacturing company. The Accounts Receivables Specialist will be responsible for managing full cycle AR as well as collections, billing and applying payments to accounts. Great opportunity for someone seeking to grow into more senior Accounts Receivables role.

Responsibilities

(Including but not limited to)

• Calling for collection of past due accounts and pre-collection accounts

• To ensure Invoices are collected on time and in accordance with terms

• Prepare collection reports and advise progress on said collections to the Administration Manager and Senior Management on a weekly basis to ensure adequate cashflow

• Issue invoices in a timely fashion, as product is shipped or installed

• Enter Contract billings on time according to each Contract

• Posting of receipts, along with reconciliation customer accounts on a timely basis

• Issue project documents, such as Pre-Mobilization, Closeout and Warranties

As a Accounts Receivables Specialist you must have

excellent communication skills both written and oral

Excellent customer service, negotiation and analytical skills

a minimum of 3 recent years experience in full cycle AR

strong excel

attention to detail with accurate data entry.
