Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: West-Island
Salary: $65K per year
Job Type: Permanent, full-time in office

Responsibilities:

- Prepare invoicing and production of related reports
- Entry of customer orders, confirmation of data (submission, contract review, etc.)
- Make sure to carry out the monthly procedures in order to balance everything related to the receivables module
- Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and resolve issues
- Perform collection of customer accounts
- Prepare and analyze various financial reports (commissions, client margins)
- Perform all other related tasks in the accounting department

You need:

- At least 2 plus years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills in French
- Proficient knowledge in MS suite
