Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable /Office Manager to join our team at Golden Equity Properties. In this role, you will oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate financial records. Your expertise will be vital in supporting our financial operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and collections.
Ensure accurate account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and improve collection strategies.
Maintain customer accounts and provide exceptional service to clients.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.
Utilize accounting software to track payments and generate reports.
Train and supervise staff involved in accounts receivable functions.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with accounting software; experience with Sage is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
