Techmation Electric & Controls is currently seeking an
Accounts Receivable Administrator
for our
Airdrie
branch for a one year term. This position will be responsible for high volume accounts receivable and other daily administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive daily work tickets, verify addition and coding, prepare for invoicing
Data enter invoices in Sage Accpac and/or online customer billing systems
Proofing of invoices
Filing
Candidates must have:
Knowledge of office administration and A/R procedures
Excellent computer skills
Proficient in data entry
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal and listening communication skills with a willingness to learn
Preference will be given to candidates living within the immediate Airdrie area
Previous accounts receivable experience, use of Sage Accpac, Open Invoice and Cortex Software would be an asset.
