Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: West Island (in-office)
Salary: up to $65K per year
Type: Full-time, permanent

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client at the West Island office. You will be rewarded with a salary of up to $65,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including group benefits, vacations, and a pension plan.

Responsibilities:

- Process large number of invoices
- Perform account reconciliations
- Prepare entries for accruals and payables
- Prepare and process invoices
- Process and reconcile invoices
- Follow-up on credit balances with suppliers

Qualifications:

- Strong Microsoft Office / Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills, and ability to multi-task
- Preferably a DEC in accounting
- Problem-solving, documentation, and data analysis skills
