Do you come from experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor and are looking for your next opportunity? Do you have a minimum of 2 years supervising an Accounts Payable team, handling escalations, preparing reports and motivating others? Then we may have the perfect role for you! We are currently hiring an Accounts Payable supervisor to step into a maternity leave role. - Pay rate of $33 an hour
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pmResponsibilities
- Working with a vendor support system and handling all issues that are raised from vendors.
- Supporting the team with high volume projects that fluctuate throughout the year
- Acting as the front line and stepping in when escalations happen
- Ability to support and understand the teams needs
- Managing the entire payables process in order to uncover the cause for discrepancies
- Leading the team through a variation in projects
- Able to summarize and investigate reportsQualifications
- Previous working experience managing and leading an Accounts Payable team
- Ability to work well with others and guiding the team to find solutions
- Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and keep composed under pressure
- Strong capabilities of meeting deadlines
- 3 years in Accounts Payable and leadership experience is requiredSummary
