Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Description
Robert Half is in search of an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a well renowned organization located in Embrun region. This is a full-time/permanent role on site.

Responsibilities:
-Maintaining an accurate vendor list
-Entering vendors invoices
-Preparing vendor account reconciliation; business bank account & Credit Card reconciliation
-Issuing Purchase Orders
-Ordering office and vendors supplies
Requirements
Qualifications:
-Fluent in English and French is a strong asset
-Post-secondary education in accounting or related field
-2+ of experience in Accounts Payable
-Excellent communication and organizational skills with great attention to detail
-Experience in various accounting software
-Self-starter & eager to learn
