About this opportunity
In this role, you will be called upon to respond to phone calls and written inquiries from suppliers and internal customers. This role is a one-year maternity leave replacement with a strong possibility for permanency.

Place of work: 1500, Boulevard Jules Poitras, St-Laurent. Possibility of working remotely (hybrid).

More specifically, you will need to:

• Respond to vendor questions through system searches
• Ensure compliance with the response time established in the service agreements
• Record and follow up on incidents in the call management system
• Update call center statistics
• Assist in the creation of suppliers in PeopleSoft and / or other systems
• Open / close credit card accounts

Who we are looking for

• Professional studies or college diploma, or relevant work experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Experience with PeopleSoft an asset
• Comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing
