In this role, you will be called upon to respond to phone calls and written inquiries from suppliers and internal customers. This role is a one-year contract with a strong possibility for permanency.
The position is based at 1500, Boulevard Jules Poitras, Saint-Laurent.

• Respond to vendor questions through system searches
• Ensure compliance with the response time established in the service agreements
• Record and follow up on incidents in the call management system
• Update call center statistics
• Assist in the creation of suppliers in PeopleSoft and / or other systems
• Open / close credit card accounts

When your expertise drives us.

• Professional studies or college diploma, or relevant work experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Experience with PeopleSoft an asset
• Bilingual: French and English ,as daily communication with North American operations is essential to the position.
