Accounts Payable Reconciliation Clerk City Tire & Auto (Mount Pearl) is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Reconciliation Clerk to join its customer focused and safety-oriented team. Work Expectation o Reconcile Accounts Payable supplier accounts. o Process missing A/P invoices. o Correct A/P invoice errors. o Review reconciliations and discuss work with management and supplier. o Review A/P accounts and direct the needed work with appropriate branches. o Able to work independently with little supervision. o Attention to detail. o Good computer skills. o Good communication skills both verbal & written. o Hours of Operation is 8:00AM to 5:00PM - Monday through Friday.

The Ideal Candidate o A skilled Accounts Payable reconciliation Clerk with one or more years' experience that works well within a team environment. o Experience doing monthly A/P reconciliations with multiple high volume transaction accounts. o Must be able and willing to take assignments as directed from management team.
