Snap Dance Studios is seeking an exceptional person to join our team as an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Specialist.

Numbers are your jam -- accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are your superpowers. Behind every great studio is someone making sure the financial side runs smoothly, and that could be YOU! This role is key to helping us stay on top of our payments, keep records clean, and support the growth of our business.

You:

Are passionate about keeping things organized, efficient, and accurate Have strong attention to detail and enjoy working with numbers Are professional, trustworthy, and committed to confidentiality Are a problem solver and confident using accounting software, spreadsheets, and digital tools Have experience working in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (bonus points for QuickBooks or similar systems!) Are a multi-tasker who can handle deadlines, priorities, and projects with ease Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Are tech-savvy, with strong skills in Excel/Numbers and Google Drive -- and aren't afraid to dive in and learn something new

What you'll do:

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions Reconcile invoices, receipts, and account statements Prepare and issue client invoices and follow up on outstanding balances Process vendor invoices, track expenses, and ensure timely payments Maintain accurate, organized financial records Support month-end and year-end processes

Job Type:

Part-time (approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility)

Work Style:

Combination of home-based and in-person (at our Cochrane studio)
