Key Responsibilities
Accurately code, enter, and process A/P and A/R transactions
Prepare, send, and monitor invoices, ensuring timely follow-up
Identify and resolve duplicate entries or billing discrepancies
Conduct 30/60/90-day follow-ups on overdue accounts
Manage holdbacks and substantial completion documentation
Process employee expense reports and reconcile credit card statements
Track and file fuel and credit card receipts
Verify and adjust employee timecards
Create and manage timecard projects
Provide support and oversight to other team members
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with timecard systems and adjustments
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and time management abilities
Preferred Experience
Background in construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries
Familiarity with progress and completion billing
Experience supervising or mentoring staff
