Our client for this role believes that fit is everything. We are looking for a talented and hardworking Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their dedicated team of finance professionals. We are seeking a highly motivated team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who has a fine eye for detail, and can juggle multiple tasks and deliverables. If you are looking to break in to the finance world - or hone in on your skills - then this role may be right for you!

Responsibilities will include:
- Point person for Toronto AP queries
- Process all Toronto invoices and expense reports timely and accurately
- Reviewing and coding of GL accounts and profit centres
- Processing CAD and USD cheques
- Investigating AP issues
- Filing and Scanning
- Month end closing
- Analysis and reconciliation of accounts
- Updating of various schedules
- Year-end working papers

- Ability to multitask and to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and highly organized.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
