Our dynamic Finance team has an opening for a dedicated Accounts Payable Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of invoices with precision, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and supporting critical financial operations across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

You are detail oriented, you process employee expenses, and you handle a high volume of assigned invoices accurately. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the AP mailbox for the AP team, on a daily basis. Experienced in reconciliation of vendor accounts, monthly supplier statement reporting, you will assist in month-end closing of ledgers, control of accounts and reporting, preparation of payment proposals, payment data entry, EFT runs, distribution of electronic remittances, on-line bill payments, cheque runs and reconciliation of purchasing card (AMEX Pcard). Other duties as required/assigned.

Competencies

----------------

Between 1 to 3 years' experience in full cycle accounts payables. Accounting Diploma from a registered Canadian College. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and proactively. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); French is an asset. Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (power pivot, advanced formulas) and ERP accounting systems. Ability to manage high volume periods, especially at month-end.
