Our Vancouver real estate development client is seeking a permanent Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team.

**Salary ranging up to $65,000 + Bonus**

Location: Vancouver, in-office

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle accounts payable
  • Verify, code, and process vendor invoices and employee expenses
  • Prepare and process weekly check runs
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain vendor files and ensure all necessary documentation is collected and filed
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and communicate with other departments as needed
  • Assist with month-end close and other accounting duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate:
  • 2+ years full cycle accounts payable experience
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
