While working closely and reporting to the Accounting Manager, the candidate in this role will be expected to manage the general administrative needs of the Accounts Payable & Finance Department. Matching and batching code, resolving Accounts Payable issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to general-ledger, and processing checks are the primary areas of focus. What you get to do every single day

- Provide support during internal and external audits
- Implement full-cycle Accounts Payable
- Entering and reviewing invoices
- Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents
- Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily
- Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling
- Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed
- Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners
- Carry out additional projects as required

- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle Accounts Payable role required
- Good understanding of coding invoices
- General familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable
- BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
- High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
- Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
